We will get in touch with you via text or email to confirm your order, inform you of the total amount and give you our details. You then have 3 days to complete the payment (please keep the transaction number for reference). Once payment is made and confirmed, you will be provided with your tracking number after the courier has picked up the parcel.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not give refunds unless it is an error on our part (sent wrong item, etc). We therefore encourage purchasing samples if you aren't sure about buying full sizes. Our products are created to be as sensitive~skin friendly as possible, but as with all products applied to skin, discontinue if irritation occurs.
